Germany’s State Secretary for Armaments, Innovation and Cyber at the Federal Ministry of Defense, Jens Plötner, visited Doha on 23/8/2026.
During the visit, Plötner met with Qatari Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sheikh Mohammad Bin Abdulrahman Al Thani. He also met with Qatar Armed Forces Chief of Staff Lieutenant General Jassim Al-Mannai.
