On 23 October 2025, the UAE Navy (UAENF) and the Republic of Korea Navy (ROK Navy) held a meeting in Seoul.
Chief of UAENF Staff Operations, Brigadier General Rashid Khamis Al Naqbi, chaired the Emirati delegation to the meeting, accompanied by senior officers from the logistics, procurement, and operations directorates.
On the South Korean side, the delegation was led by the Chief of Naval Operations (CNO) of the ROK Navy, Admiral Kang Dong-gil.
