Iraqi PM Nouri Al-Maliki is said to have plans to buy 4x4 mine resistant ambush protected (MRAP) vehicles for the Iraqi Army to make up for the losses in such vehicles following the invasion of Mosul by the Islamic State in Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) in June.
