Saudi Prince Bandar, back to worknote

Saudi King Abdullah issued a royal decree last night (30/6/14) whereby he confirmed Prince Bandar Bin Sultan Bin Abdulaziz in his position as Secretary-General of the Saudi National Security Council (NSC) and appointed him as his Adviser and Special Envoy in addition.
