Iraq: A Russian military delegation in Baghdadnote

A high-ranking Russian military delegation is said to have arrived in Baghdad earlier this week to meet with Iraqi Acting Defence Saadoun Al-Dulaimi and Iraqi military commanders in the light of the situation in northern and western Iraq.
