Emir of Qatar Sheikh Tamim Bin Hamad Al Thani issued on 28/4/14 an Emiri decree whereby he delegated his half-brother and Head of his Diwan (Court) Sheikh Abdullah to assume the Emir’s duties during his absence abroad.
