Iraq: Counter-Terrorism Force, new brigade and 8x8 vehiclesnote

Iraqi PM Nouri Al-Maliki is said to have agreed to go ahead with a project to set up a new mechanized brigade in favor of the Iraqi National Counter-Terrorism Force (INCTF) and get it supplied with 8x8 wheeled vehicles.
