Qatar: Major-General Atiyyah, Commando and vehicles with gunnote

Qatari Minister of State for Defence Affairs Major-General Hamad Bin Ali Al-Atiyyah is said to have a proposal to buy 4x4 wheeled armored vehicles fitted with gun.
