Kuwait: Sheikh Khaled Al-Jarrah and Desert Warrior upgradenote

Kuwaiti Defence Minister Sheikh Khaled Al-Jarrah is said to have intention to consult the British Defence Ministry again on a project to upgrade the Desert Warrior Infantry fighting vehicles in service with the Kuwaiti Land Forces (KLF).
