Kuwait: Major-General Foudari, KLF and 8x8 IFVsnote

Commander of the Kuwaiti Land Forces (KLF) Major-General Khaled Al-Foudari is said to be personally following a project to develop the two mechanized brigades of the Kuwaiti Army and get them supplied with 8x8 wheeled Infantry fighting vehicles (IFVs).
