Chief of Staff (CoS) of the Qatari Armed Forces Major-General Ghanim Bin Shaheen Al-Ghanim is said to have provided Emir of Qatar Sheikh Tamim Bin Hamad Al-Thani with his proposal regarding the Qatari Air Force (QAF) aircraft procurement programme.
