Saudi Arabia: Ruwaili, BAE Systems, Tornado and ECR upgradenote

The Saudi Defence Ministry is said to be studying the possibility of developing some parts of the avionics and combat systems in some Tornado fighter jets in service with the Royal Saudi Air Force (RSAF).
