Saudi King Abdullah issued a royal decree on 20/4/13 whereby he appointed former Commander of the Saudi Navy Lt-General Prince Fahd Bin Abdullah Bin Mohammad Bin Abdulrahman Al Saud as Vice-Minister of Defence in place of Prince Khaled Bin Sultan Bin Abdulaziz.
