The contacts between the Kuwaiti Defence Ministry and Boeing on a deal for the F-18 Super Hornet are said to have accelerated following the meeting between Kuwaiti Defence Minister Sheikh Ahmad Al-Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah and US Ambassador to Kuwait Matthew Tueller.
