Commander of the Iraqi Air Defence Forces (IADF) Lt-General Jabbar Ubaid Kazem is said to have briefed Iraqi PM Nouri Al-Maliki on his meeting with General Engineer of Armament at the French Direction Générale de l’Armement (DGA) Jean-Luc Combrisson in Baghdad while attending the opening ceremony of the Defence, Security and Aviation Fair (13-15/3/2013).
