Saudi Crown Prince Salman, Oil instead of Defence?note

It is reported that there are consultations underway within the Saudi ruling establishment concerning the Ministers of Defence and Oil.  The following 438-word report sheds light on these consultations and tells what about the two ministries in question and who are put forward to head them.
