Saudi Arabian Military Industries (SAMI) is advancing its partnership with the Turkish defense company Baykar and Pakistan Aeronautical Complex (PAC), for local assembly and limited co-production of Baykar’s unmanned aerial systems (UAS) and a Kemankeş-derived loitering munition.
