The Saudi Regional Headquarters (RHQ) Program is a joint initiative by the Ministry of Investment of Saudi Arabia (MISA) and the Royal Commission for Riyadh City.
It is part of Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 and the National Investment Strategy, to seize opportunities, and drive economic growth both domestically and internationally.
However, the RHQ Program may force some multinational corporations, including from the defense sector, to reshuffle their regional structures. This may include relocating their regional HQs from the UAE to Saudi Arabia.
