The relations between Qatari Emir Tamim and Saudi Crown Prince Mohammad Bin Salman (MBS) are said to have been negatively affected by the Gaza War repercussions.
This resulted in postponing a meeting between the two leaders on the sidelines of the GCC-ASEAN summit which was held last Friday (20/10/2023) in Riyadh.
Nevertheless, Emir Tamim sent a written message to MBS yesterday (23/10/2023).
