Iraqi Prime Minister Mohammad Shia Al-Sudani is said to believe the Rafale deal with France is close.
He discussed the Rafale file with the Chief of Staff of the French Air and Space Force General Stéphane Mille on the sidelines of the military exercise “Ababil 1” last Tuesday (23/5/2023) in Iraq.
