The Saudi Ministry of Defense announced on 25 October 2022 that the first batch of the FPB 2200 patrol boats, produced by the French shipbuilder Couach, had been delivered to the Royal Saudi Naval Forces (RSNF).
The Couach patrol boats have been reportedly ordered back in November 2020.
