Saudi Arabia and the U.S. signed a bilateral Framework on Clean Energy Cooperation (FCEC) during U.S. President Joe Biden’s visit to the Kingdom earlier this month (15-16/7/2022).
The FCEC will be an open-ended agreement that will include both U.S. and Saudi investments regarding green hydrogen production.
Several U.S. companies are expected to be involved in the agreement, in addition to other international oil companies (IOCs).
