The Egyptian Ministry of Military Production (MoMP) is reported to be currently in talks with Chinese state-owned enterprises (SOEs) regarding the transfer of technology (ToT) and license agreements for the production of radar modules.
MoMP representatives are said to have been spotted in Nanjing last month, where talks reportedly took off.
