Iraq, Iran, Syria gas pipeline project and the risksnote

Iran, Iraq and Syria signed on July 25, 2011 a memorandum of understanding (MoU) on a gas pipeline project to deliver natural gas from Iran to the Mediterranean Sea. However, it is said that there are lot of risks concerning the project.
