Kuwait: Lt-General Khaled Al-Saleh, new Chief of Staffnote

Lt-General Sheikh Khaled Al-Saleh was named as the new Chief of Staff of the Kuwait Armed Forces, following the retirement of Lt-General Mohammad Al-Khuder earlier this month (1/10/20).
