Future of the Saudi Joint Forcesnote

Earlier this week, Saudi King Salman removed Lt-General Prince Fahd Bin Turki Bin Abdulaziz from his position as Commander of the Saudi Joint Forces on suspicion of corruption.

Deputy Chief of Staff of the Saudi Armed Forces Lt-General Mutlaq Azaima took over the command of the Joint Forces.

There is now talk about the future of Joint Forces being under review.
