UAE Navy, plans to buy multi-role helicoptersnote

The command of the UAE Navy is said to be going ahead with a project to purchase additional multi-role helicopters.

This comes in the context of a plan to fill some gaps in naval and coastal surveillance along the Emirati coast.

It also comes to reinforce protection of oil tankers in the Gulf and the Sea of ​​Oman.
