Saudi Crown Prince Mohammad Bin Salman Bin Abdulaziz is said to have outlined a roadmap to put an end to the conflict in South Yemen.
He is also believed to have informed Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi Sheikh Mohammad Bin Zayed Al Nahyan and UN envoy Martin Griffiths of it.
The roadmap revolves around interim objectives and strategic objectives. The report is mainly about these objectives.
Saudi Arabia and the UAE issued a joint statement earlier this week to call for a ceasefire between the Southern Transitional Council (STC) and the forces loyal to the Yemeni legitimate government of President Abd Rabbo Mansur Hadi.
The STC and the Yemeni legitimate government have responded positively to the call for dialogue.
In the statement, Saudi Arabia and the UAE claimed that a united coalition is needed in order to defeat Houthi rebels.
Last month, the STC clashed with the legitimate military forces to take control of Aden and southern governorates.
Tactical Report has prepared a 374-word report to shed more light on Saudi Crown Prince Mohammad’s interim and strategic objectives in South Yemen.
