Breaking News: Saudi changes at the Foreign Ministry and SANGnote

King Abdullah is said to be planning to issue today or tomorrow a series of royal decrees by which he will accept the resignation of Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Saud Al-Faisal and appoint his son Prince Miteb as Commander of the Saudi Arabian National Guard (SANG). Note that Prince Miteb acts now as Deputy SANG Commander for Executive Affairs. Details to follow.
