Kuwaiti Deputy PM and Defence Minister Sheikh Jaber Al-Mubarak paid last week a four-day visit to Paris during which he met with his French counterpart Hervé Morin as well as with French President Nicolas Sarkozy. His talks with French officials focused on three main issues: the Rafale fighter jet, naval equipment, and nuclear programme.
