Iraq: A list of the companies expected to get oil service contractsnote

Sources from the Iraqi Oil Ministry as well as from state-owned South Oil Company (SOC) and North Oil Company (NOC) concur in saying that a preliminary list of the oil companies that will get service contracts has already been drawn up.
