Bahrain: Navy plans to purchase a frigatenote

A Bahraini naval source mentions that the Bahraini Navy is planning to purchase a frigate to boost its fleet. According to this source, the Bahraini Navy command, which has a strike force composed of fast attack boats and fast patrol boats, is also thinking of developing half these boats in 2007 and of replacing some of them with new ones.
