Iran plans a project to export oil to Europe through Syrianote

Arab Gulf diplomatic sources say a part of difficult US-Iran talks revolves around an Iranian project to export oil to Europe through Syria. According to these sources, former Iranian President Ali Akbar Hashemi-Rafsanjani discussed the project with the Syrian officials when he visited Syria last month.
