GCC: A comprehensive border security plannote

Arab Gulf sources suggest that discreet talks are underway between the United States, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia and Yemen over a border security system involving local air forces as well as border guards. According to these sources, it is the Pentagon which has drawn up a comprehensive plan in this regard and determined the role of the air forces in these countries.
