Saudi Arabia is planning to build an Air Warfare Center in its Eastern Province with a primary purpose of furthering combat training for composite strike forces consisting of the Saudi Army, Royal Saudi Air Force (RSAF), Royal Saudi Naval Forces (RSNF) and Saudi Marines.
