Qatar, Turkey agree to keep arms deals secretnote

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan is said to have talked to Qatari Emir Tamim Bin Hamad Al Thani about the necessity of keeping some of the arms deals between Turkey and Qatar to remain top secret.
