UAE: Sheikh Mohammad, Patria and Finland’s decision on arms exportnote

Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi Sheikh Mohammad Bin Zayed Al Nahyan is said to have no intention of disconnecting contacts with Finnish maker of armored vehicles Patria. This comes following a decision by the Finnish government to halt new arms export approvals to Saudi Arabia and the UAE due to both countries’ role in the humanitarian crisis in Yemen.
