Kuwait: Emir Sabah and military cooperation with Britainnote

Emir of Kuwait Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad is said to be in agreement with all branches of the Kuwaiti ruling family to reactivate the military relations with Britain in the first years of the Kuwaiti national development plan (KNDP) or Vision 2035.

This comes as his son Kuwaiti Defence Minister Sheikh Nasser Al-Sabah is still in Britain for medical treatment following a surgery he underwent in Germany a few months ago to remove a tumor from his lungs.
