Qatar, France, Rafale deal and air force cooperationnote

Chief of Staff of the Qatari Armed Forces Lt-General Ghanim Bin Shaheen Al-Ghanim held talks with Director of International Development of General Directorate for Armament (DGA) in France General Thierry Carlier on 9/10/18 in Doha.
