Qatar: Attempts to conclude arms deals with Spainnote

Qatari Foreign Minister Sheikh Mohammad Bin Abdulrahman Al Thani paid on 13/9/18 a visit to Madrid where he met with King Felipe VI of Spain and held talks with his Spanish counterpart Josep Borrell.

He is said to have carried with him alluring proposals for arms deals between both countries.
