Qatar: Plans to build an Electronic Warfare facilitynote

Emir of Qatar Sheikh Tamim Bin Hamad Al Thani is reportedly going ahead with a project to build an Electronic Warfare (EW) facility. He is said to have set up an EW Management Authority for this purpose.
