Chief of Staff of the Kuwaiti Armed Forces Lt-General Mohammad Al-Khodr received Chief of Joint Operations of the Australian Army Air Marshal Mel Hupfeld on 25/7/18 in his office in Kuwait. Hupfeld is said to have been showing interest in Kuwaiti plans to buy logistics support vessels.
