Emir of Qatar Sheikh Tamim Bin Hamad Al Thani was in Moscow yesterday (15/7/18) to attend the 2018 FIFA World Cup final between France and Croatia and receive officially the mantle of hosting the 2022 FIFA World Cup Qatar from Russian President Vladimir Putin. On the sidelines of his presence there, he is said to have agreed with President Putin on a project to buy Russian-made unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) for the event of the World Cup Qatar.
