Qatar: Emir Tamim, General Votel and Al-Udeid expansion plansnote

Emir of Qatar Sheikh Tamim Bin Hamad Al Thani received Commander of the US Central Command (CENTCOM) General Joseph Votel on 11/2/18 in his office at the Amiri Diwan in Doha.
