Saudi Minister of State Ibrahim Al-Assaf, who also acts as Adviser to the King, is heading the Saudi delegation to the World Economic Forum (WEF) which will be held in Davos from 23 to 26/1/18. The move is said to have provoked confusion, especially that Minister Al-Assaf was detained at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel on suspicion of being involved in corruption cases.
Tactical Report has prepared a 431-word report to shed more light on the move and tell what about the reactions. [Briefly reproduced in TR Weekly Issue No 25/4 – Jan. 26, 2018]
