Kuwait: Sheikh Nasser, Mattis and talk about naval dealnote

Kuwaiti Deputy PM and Defence Minister Sheikh Nasser Al-Sabah received on 29/12/17 a telephone call from US Defence Secretary James Mattis who congratulated him on his new post. Mattis is also said to have talked to him about the possibility of supplying the Kuwaiti Navy with US-built military vessels.
