Saudi Arabia: FREMM deal depends on transfer of technologynote

There is talk that the contacts underway between Saudi Arabia and France over a deal for the French-built FREMM-class frigate in favor of the Royal Saudi Naval Forces (RSNF) depend on French approval to localize the frigate technology in the Kingdom.
