Saudi Crown Prince Mohammad Bin Salman Bin Abdulaziz, who also acts as Defence Minister, is said to be going ahead with a deal for the Scorpion strike/ISR aircraft in favor of the Royal Saudi Land Forces (RSLF) Aviation, but made the deal linked to a demand to localize the aircraft technology in the Kingdom.
