UAE: Positive signals about F-35 dealnote

There is talk about positive signals concerning the efforts by Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi Sheikh Mohammad Bin Zayed Al Nahyan to buy the F-35 aircraft in favor of the UAE Air Force (UAEAF).
