Saudi Arabia: New royal decrees aheadnote

There is talk that Saudi King Salman is going to announce a series of royal decrees in the coming few weeks. These decrees are described as “very important” and will concern several sectors within the Saudi ruling establishment, including the governors of provinces and the Saudi Arabian National Guard (SANG).
